The AP just did a story on Punk Rock Aerobics. Says co-founder Hilken Mancini, “We realized we weren’t looking or feeling great. We needed to get our heart rates up, have fun, not turn into blobs.” The two girls have released a book and have been to NYC and London to teach classes.
