Warner Brothers has provided an electronic press kit featuring Damien Rice and his latest album 9. You can stream the album in its entirety and watch a video about the singer.
November 7th will see the re-release of Gnarls Barkley’s debut St. Elsewhere. The album is getting the royal treatment with new packaging, new tracks, a DVD containing their older music videos along with a new clip for the track Go, Go Gadget Gospel and a 92 page booklet all accompany the new version. Momentum continues to build for Colour Revolt as they were named todays “Artist Of The Day” by Spin.com. The site has a feature on the band complete with one mp3 from their self-titled EP release.
Authorities in Denver are warning users of the file sharing program Limewire that they are in danger of becoming a victim of an identity theft scam. The warning came after a search of a Denver Limewire users apartment turned up 75 documents from Businesses all over the country on the users hard drive. No details on how Limewire was being exploited have been released. (link, Aversion)
The Kevin Federline live experience seems to have drummed up little interest. Shows at both the Atlantic City, NJ and Cleveland, OH House Of Blues locations have been scrapped due to low sales even though tickets to both dates were very modestly priced. His upcoming show at New York’s Webster Hall looks to be in danger of cancellation as well.
