Bob Dylan’s Modern Times
Bob Dylan will release a new LP in August called Modern Times. The album closes out the trilogy that began with 1997’s Time Out Of Mind. A listening party of sorts was held for a few writers who had to sign a contract not allowing them to speak of what they heard.

Oh I am so happy to know he’s doin another record. I wrote him a letter this morning because the Liberal party in Australia went out of their way to prevent me from going to his last 2 concerts. If I had done, he’d have saved me from what they subsequently have done.
Really like that song about Leni, and have found it, thanks Bob, and also the russling in the leaves; happened again when I downloaded a 400 Mb nasa map of planet Mars. Like the chemist shop on the corner of Mitchaell and King William was A A Russell, and so the leaves russled. What they stole some cattle? Right well, they told me, 8,000 head of cattle went missing, and the brother of the guy they nabbed for the 31 million theft had his head blown off. The brother went to court, 3 million was recovered and that leas 25 million some cop has stolen and placed somewhere else.
I liked the book, Chronicles too. I know that red leather chair you mentioned etc. -

It just amazes me that Dylan has released some of his best material over the past 10 years. I hope this isn’t a letdown, but I doubt it will be.
