Buckcherry As Dumb As They Sound

I never liked this band. And now I have even more of a reason to dislike them.

Seems they borrowed a page from Victory Records playbook – pretend someone leaked a track from an upcoming album then whine about it online in hopes of getting press. And guess what?

“It turns out that the uploader, a New York resident, had only uploaded one torrent, the BuckCherry track. When we entered the IP-address into the Wiki-scanner, we found out that the person in question had edited the BuckCherry wikipedia entry, and added the name of the band manager to another page.

This confirmed our suspicions, but it was not quite enough, since it could be an overly obsessed fan (if they have fans). So, we decided to send the band manager, Josh Klemme – who happens to live in New York — an email to ask for his opinion on our findings. Klemme, replied to our email within a few hours, and surprisingly enough his IP-address was the same as the uploader.”

If all the internet speak confuses you, it means this: it was an inside job. THEY leaked the track, tried to drum up press, and got caught.

They suck because they are obvious , juvenile , simplistic , and totally without any sort of aura . This guy , the so called writer of the band , is a complete shithead . .. This guy writes lyrics that are absolutely idiotic . Lyrics that seem to be written by a 14 year old . Buckcherry is , in my opinion , one of the worst bands i have ever heard . By the way , someone commented on how bad the band name is … i agree … here is how they got it ..fucking geniuses that they are .. they took chuck berry and got clever with it … buck cherry …. how brilliant of them . My hatred for this band is borderline irrational , I admit that but I swear to god I hate them like i have never hated a band in my life .

    Buckcherry do suck. Their name sucks, they look like total goofballs and Nikki Sixx keeps them as a pet. Their songs suck. I saw them live about 2000 at a club. They sucked then and cant remember one song. But I do remember the faggy singer in jeans ads at the time. He looks like a gay prostitute … so know we know why Nikki Sixx keeps them as a pet.

By the way, Velvet Revolver supposedly recorded an album’s worth of material with this guy, then scrapped it because it completely sucked.
