Courtney Love’s People Ripped Off Shelby Cinca, Everything’s OK Now

Courtney Love’s MySpace page (and primarily the blog that it contains) is the stuff of legend around these parts. Turns out that it’s getting some bad press from another, much cooler, blog these days. Yes, I’m referring to Buddyhead. Like anyone else could cooler than us??? Please.

Shelby Cinca (Frodus/The Cassettes/Frantic Mantis/Decahedron) — I told you they were cooler than us — disclosed a little MySpace faux pas in a post on the ‘head. Apparently Love’s people stole some album artwork for use on her page.

Seems like everything’s been patched up at this point, though. So go on about your business. But at least this gives me one last chance to mention some related items that are worthy birthday presents.
