I’m sure you all heard the news that country star Kenny Chesney’s foot got caught in a rising platform at the beginning of his show in Columbia, S.C., over the weekend. He still managed to play a two-hour set after all of that, too. But you probably don’t care.
As you’ve no doubt guessed, at least one person taped the ordeal on their cell phone, and somehow the footage found its way on the internet. Now I feel like a jerk for even thinking this story was funny. Love him or hate him, you gotta respect the guy. Watch for yourself.

This guy is a complete ass clown. I met him on tour a while back. Goes everywhere with these 2 big goons like he’s the freaking president. That said… he’d pretty metal for taking like a man right there. I would have cried and had to be carried off.
I was never a country music fan, but I gotta say that was impressive. If most of us got hurt “on the job” we would be dying to get out of there. He gave the people what they came for and I bet they got their money’s worth. Kudos, Kenny
I am a fan and this isnt funny, but I cant help but think of the lift operator pushing the lever back and forth and it isnt going up all the way and he just keeps pusing it. Poor dude.
