Morning Buzz: Gnarls Barkley, William Elliott Whitmore, Fall of Troy

:: Want an autographed copy of Who’s Gonna Save My Soul from Gnarls Barkley? Your in luck. The Music Slut is giving one away.

:: William Elliott Whitmore is hitting the road with City and Colour come January. Saw Whitmore with J-Roddy Walston and Murder By Death. If he’s coming close, be sure to be there.

:: M.I.A. was recently interviewed by USA Today. She said she doesn’t want her fetus to turn into a musician. You know what they say — like mother, like child. ZING!

:: Past and MTV’s Subterranean joined forces to assemble the top 25 videos of 2008. That means it’s probably a mix of super hot hip-hop acts and completely unknown effeminate singer-songwriters.

:: You Ain’t No Picasso posted a song from Pezzettino, some female-fronted band. I mention this primarily because of the cute picture featuring the chick pushing what appears to be a Mexican ice cream cart. It belongs to E. Martinez. Give him a call and order some ice cream.

:: I haven’t heard the new Fall of Troy album yet. But some have. And they seem to like it. What about y’all?
