TV on the Radio’s Dear Science has been getting a lot of buzz so if you’re “hip” and “with it” you should probably get on that. Genghis Tron is putting out some remixes, Danielson Famile is reissuing some vinyl and if for some reason you need a physical copy of the Girl Talk album that did the pay-your-price thing a while back, that’s out too. And (this makes me cringe) the first few Christmas albums are starting to pop up. It’s September, people.
I’m looking forward to the new Kings of Leon and I’m a Nickel Creek fan so the Chris Thile record with Edgar Meyer should be interesting. Otherwise, I’ll be checking out Cold War Kids, Mogwai, French Kicks, Blitzen Trapper and Jenny Lewis. It should be a pretty good release day.

Noooooooooothing interests me this week.
Yeah, everyone loves the new TV on the Radio, but no matter how much I listen I just don’t dig it. But the new KOL is nice. And the Cold War Kids single stinks but I’ll buy it based soley on the last album.
I’m curious about the Genghis Tron, but not enough so to purchase. All I’m really interested in right now is my new Trenches CD. \m/
