Rick Astley, the man behind such hits as Never Gonna Give You Up, Together Forever and She Wants To Dance With Me was voted Best Act Ever at the 2008 MTV Europe Music Awards in a poll by the fans. In this Youtube video from the ceremony, presenters Katy Perry and Perez Hilton award the trophy to Mr. Astley, who wasn’t in attendance.
Katy, I’m still waiting to hear about our dinner at Denny’s. And Perez, are you making a conscious effort to look like John Candy from Planes, Trains, and Automobiles?
