Salon Says Hip-Hop is Passé, Thanks to Bo Ryan

Bo Ryan does the Soulja Boy
Over at Salon.com, Paul Kix tell us why he has given up on rap music. He used to be an ardent supporter of the genre, even hanging on against his better judgment as of late.

What put him over the edge? Good question. It was 60-year-old white Wisconsin Badgers coach Bo Ryan doing the “Soulja Boy.” And Kix says Ryan does the dance better than its eponymous originator, Soulja Boy himself.

I don’t know if it’s any consolation, but is seems that ole Bo has some other hot moves.

I suppose if I saw a black dude headbanging to a Nickelback song, I’d give up on rock n roll.

Hip Hop and rap are a real f*cking joke. How many of those guys could play an instrument if you handed it to them?
