Top 25 Food Band Name Parodies

Yeah, we know it’s a little hokey, but with an American holiday centered around food consumption close at hand, any post involving the topic of stuffing our gullets is apropos. We even feature one band that we didn’t have to bastardize in order to gormandize. Think of it as a little trivia dog wrapped in a big, buttery, campy croissant.

Any and all user submitted parody names and Photoshops are encouraged in the comments. Have at it!

I’m pretty sure using cake there crossed my mind, but I used it for the Snake Cross Crown one. The TAAS name accepted “snacks” better…and to be honest, thinking of snacks as arms is funnier to me than cakes. Eh.

    The Lunch Tour:
Main Course Ani DiFrankfurter or The Submarines Sandwich – easy on the John Mayo ’cause that guy is an asshole!
Sides Stage Britney Pickle Spears, Bruce Springbeans or a Soundgarden Salad.
Coffee House Stage A Spoon of Pearl Jam on a Dillinger Escape Bran muffin or a Bite of Beyoncé. Just plain Beyoncé. For desert. (Made the cut ’cause she’s bootylicious? C’mon.)

Wash all that sh¡t down with some ICE-T full of Ice Cubes and a slice of Kings of Lemon or a glass of Iron & Wine.

I’ll pay the Billy Idol, if you’ll kick in 50 Cent – but keep the change cause I don’t need the Nickelback.
