Win A Date With Pavement At Ikea
To coincide with the release of the expanded edition of Brighten The Corners, Matador Records and Pavement are teaming up with imeem for an interesting contest.
A date with a member of Pavement at Ikea…it may be obvious, but lets all agree it’s original. Here’s the deal, if you think your home needs an upgrade, submit a photo at imeem and write a short essay on why you derserve to win a shopping spree at ikea. Winner will be joined by a member of Pavement on their $500 Ikea shopping spree. Sweedish meatballs are on us. To enter, just submit your photo and essay here.
The contest runs until Dec. 6. The winner will be announced Dec. 9, the same day the album will be released. They haven’t announced which member you’ll be shopping with, so I’m guessing it’s not going to be Stephen Malkmus.
