A Grand Design: Jon Hassell
Jon Hassell – Last night the moon came dropping its clothes in the street

I was about to give this the “Nice Effort, Guys” treatment, but there’s something more here. Just look: a blurry black and white photo, the questionable spelling and grammar a là e.e. cummings, incomprehensible title meaning. All of this is an effort to let you know this guy is dead serious about eating as many croissants in as many coffee houses as it takes for you to know that he’s an artist. Sorry, “artíste“.

I’ll admit that I have quite the untrained eye when it comes to “interpretive” arts and graphic design. However, I imagine this photo is what it looks like to be a stabbing victim, taken from inside said victim’s body cavity.
