Get Up Kids Announce Reunion Tour Dates

Get Up Kids touring U.S. and Europe in the fall

That’s right, you can get all giddy like a 15-year-old again, because the Get Up Kids just announced a big chunk of dates for the US and Europe in the fall. And here you thought you were out of chances when you missed the Bamboozles.

While I’m upset that the tour focuses on the west coast, I’m still hopeful because the band said there would be more dates announced after July 4. Crossing my fingers…

Hey Sean, official GUK myspace is /THEgetupkids.

Also, are you sure the info for 9/30 is correct?

Dallas, not Houston, is home to the Granada so is the city or is the venue wrong?

aha, i see. so i had two links messed up, haha. not sure why i put the wrong myspace address in there since i was on the get up kids page when i typed it. i’m guessing stupidity, but the jury’s still out.

with the texas date, i don’t know one way or the other. i got the info straight from the horse’s mouth. so it could be the wrong city listed, or it could be the wrong venue. i’ll check some other spots and see on that one.

Ugh, I hopes its a case of the city, not venue being wrong.

I haven’t seen them since 2001 and won’t be able to road trip in the middle of the week…
