Katy Perry, whom I’m still waiting to hear back from about our cappuccino date, is hitting back at reports that she trashed her ex Travis McCoy of Gym Class Heroes at a recent tour stop in Los Angeles. This wasn’t said by her:

Girls, if you have ever dated a boy – specifically the lead singer from Gym Class Heroes – don’t do it! Boys should have a heart. You know what I mean girls? Boys just want the milk, but they don’t want to buy the cow.

Now you listen here Katy Perry quote that wasn’t said. You are no cow. You’re more like a gazelle. Or a peregrine falcon. And in my opinion, dairy is bad. It makes one sluggish and gassy. Now granted, it is good on Fruity Pebbles — but that is not an excuse for your subsequent morbid obesity, clinical depression and then untimely death.

And the last time you ever go outside in nature is when Maury has to airlift you out of your mobile home. And you get so big that human clothes don’t exist in your size, so you just look like a giant New Year’s baby without the cool hat or sash. But pizza is good. And so is a Milky Way.

But I digress, she didn’t say these things so it doesn’t matter. She does, though, respond to the allegations on her official blog.

I didn’t say that. I would never be so tacky. I go great lengths to keep it about the music. I made a different random type of joke before I introduced my song, ur so gay. I never mentioned Travis or his lovely band, as they are all still friends of mine.

I don’t care if you make fun of me, my music, my zits, my cellulite or my bad choice of clothing… I really don’t. Just have some soul, and don’t LIE. I am not asking to be exempt from the media, I am just asking for some fucking fact checking.

Now admittedly, this entire post is just an excuse for me to again relink that I haven’t heard back about our cappuccino date — but you quit it “the press.” After Katy Perry and I start dating, you’ll probably say that I look and fight like Zorro. I do do that, so one point for you.
