Miley Cyrus Inadvertently Made Fun Of Asians With Her Squinty Eye Picture

Miley Cyrus is hitting back at reports that she was making fun of Asian people in a picture where she and all the other white people were making squinty eyes, and the one Asian guy just looks on like he has to pretend to like it, or they won’t have any use for him and will quit inviting him to their parties. That was clearly just a coincidence. She writes in her blog:

Ive also been told there are some people upset about some pictures taken of me with friends making goofy faces! Well, Im sorry if those people looked at those pics and took them wrong and out of context!

In NO way was I making fun of any ethnicity! I was simply making a goofy face. When did that become newsworthy? It seems someone is trying to make something out of nothing to me. If that would of been anyone else, it would of been overlooked! I definitely feel like the press is trying to make me out as the new ‘BAD GIRL’!

Since when did Asian racism become such a taboo subject? With Rosie O’Donnell doing the “ching chong” thing on The View, and me asking the lady at my Chinese food restaurant why she needed a calculator, and now this? Asian people are so paranoid — like Jews. Jews are paranoid.
