Morning Buzz: Def Leppard, Jay Reatard, Glastonbury, Moby
:: The dude who was arrested for starting a fire after being kicked out of a Def Leppard show in Utah was charged with arson. Moral of the story: Only start fires for fun, not for spite.
:: Turns out Jay Reatard doesn’t hate his band after all, even if they did quit in the middle of a tour.
:: It only took 12 hours for tickets to next year’s Glastonbury Festival to sell out. That right, next year’s festival, which means all 180,000 ticket-buyers had no idea what the lineup would look like.
:: Will Johnson gave a little synopsis of his experience collaborating with Jason Molina over at Aquarium Drunkard.
:: Culture Bully has some video coverage of Moby’s recent show in Minneapolis.
:: Speaking of which, if you’re reading this Moby, give me a call. I want to get your opinion on the season premiere of The Simpsons. You don’t have to a Jay lookalike to offer your opinion on it, though. What did y’all think?
