:: My boys (and girl) in Johnny Foreigner are giving away tickets to their shows to every 50th person who downloads their new EP. Seems like a savvy idea, but is this what it’s come to? Do bands have to essentially give everything away now and hope that people will buy a shirt or some buttons before they leave the venue?

   Actually, JoFo are giving away the EP. It’s a remix EP of tracks from the forthcoming album. And, if you do sign up to get the free EP, you have a chance to get free tickets to the show…
