Q and Not U Drummer Doing Another Solo Project, Title Tracks
Piles of Paper is the latest jam to surface from Title Tracks — Q and Not U drummer John Davis’ new project — and it delivers a distinct New Pornographers vibe, which isn’t altogether a bad thing. Especially since Davis doesn’t just settle for aping Carl and the crew.
I’m pretty amped on Title Tracks at this point, but that could just be because of the Q and Not U connection (same with Georgie James). Or it could be because the songs are good, too. Probably both.
