Watson Twins Announce New Album
When they aren’t busy traipsing around the country with Jenny Lewis and chilling on the DL here in their native Louisville, The Watson Twins manage to find time to record demos in mountain cabins and flesh out songs with folks from Everest and My Morning Jacket in them there Hollywood hills.
With that, Chandra and Leigh have announced the release of their sophomore full-length, Talking to You, Talking to Me, which is out Feb. 9 on Vanguard Records. It’s being described as something akin to a little Carole King and a little Feist mixed together. It’s no Kenny G and Louis Armstrong, that’s for sure.
