Jrm Says.. will incorporate various styles and techniques that I’ve learned from some truly great chefs and cooks over the years, as well as various guest tasters, ranging from foodie friends to fellow musicians to some of my culinary heroes. I’d like to see this show grow into a sort of Dinner For Five meets Molto Mario meets The Friars’ Club, but we’ll see.
