I’ve been pretty taken with Titus Andronicus since the Jersey rockers opened for Ted Leo last summer. Then The Monitor came out. Then they tore apart Ear X-Tacy a couple of weeks ago. Now Titus Andronicus is easily in my current top three.

So it’s pretty obvious that I’m amped about bringing Patrick Stickles and the gang back to town April 21 at Skull Alley, with Spider Bags and locals State Champion — who are fresh from a jaunt down to SXSW. As it happens, this will also be the last show for State Champion’s drummer before he moves to Chicago. Let’s give him a good send off, eh?
