It’s a sad state of affairs when dressing up like Sir Novelty Fashion or Sir Percy Blakeney makes you look tougher. Also, this video reminds me of the cover for Piebald‘s The Rock Revolution Will Not Be Televised. Except the music on that EP was actually, you know, good.

   Confession time – I’m instinctively inclined to write off a band like this as hipster-wuss music for pretentious high schoolers and womenly-men. However, my girlfriend likes these guys, so i’ve been obligated listen to ‘contra’ for months. After about 15 run-throughs of that record, I’m beginning to warm up to them, perhaps…… could honestly admit I like their music. :/ Am I just a blinded by a relationship? swayed by the urban tight-pants community? becoming gay?
